SiteFlow builds websites for businesses. This page explains what information we collect when you contact us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you fill in our free audit form or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share:

• Your name and company name
• Your email address and phone or WhatsApp number
• Your answers about your current website, package and timeline
• Anything you write in the message field

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your request, prepare your audit and proposal, and work on your project if you hire us. We do not send newsletters or marketing messages unless you ask for them.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your information. Your messages pass through WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy. If you become a client, we may share project details with the hosting provider that runs your website.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a client, we delete your details within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the project and any legal obligations require.
